For trial sessions your child needs to wear loose tracksuit bottoms/leggings and a t-shirt.  Long hair is to be tied back, all jewellery is to be removed and finger and toe nails must be clean and clipped short. Spectacles will also need to be removed due to the contact nature of the sport. Ensure that your child has water to drink to stay adequately hydrated throughout the session.

Upon successful completion of a trial session, there is the option to sign up for £25 per month and is collected by a company called NEST Management. Your first payment will include the first month and last month’s payment (any pro-rated sessions for the current month) and a loan kit hire fee of £30 (£80 in total). The loan kit will be offered for the life of your membership and will be swapped out as your child grows.
