I am the owner and head coach at Kinsa Judo. I am a UKCC level 2 qualified judo coach and a 2nd Dan black belt. I am compete at the masters level of judo and am a British, European and World medallist.

I'm a mum, a qualified personal trainer and youth strength and conditioning coach.
